"My boyfriend and I tried to call and place an order last night and the kitchen manager answered and was immediately rude. Told me he was too busy and when I asked for a brisket pizza he just said “nope”. Took me a second to realize what he had said and then before I even have a chance to discuss with my bf another option he’s asking what we’re doing here cuz he didn’t have time for this. And just overall terrible service. I used to work for Casey’s and I understand getting backed up but there’s better ways to approach a situation.. do better!"
