"Have been staying at this hotel/casino for the past 7 weeks in a row for work. Everything is always very consistent! The front desk staff Maria and Isabel are always so pleasant to work with! There is a restaurant attached to the casino with $9 steak dinner on Wednesday nights!"

"Had a great time with friends we haven't seen forever. 2 of us did really well at the slots!!!! Food was great and reasonably priced. Room was clean, bed was comfy. They have bottled water for the coffee machine, don't drink it myself but thought it was a nice perk."

"This place has drastically changed this past year and not for the good. This was my favorite casino but not anymore. They use to let a person play, get bonuses, and have fun. Now it's just take take take. Getting a bonus is like hitting big except when you do get a bonus it's under $5. It went from getting to play a few hours to blowing $200 in under an hour playing the minimum .60-.75 cent bet. It's not even about winning big but getting to play and having a fun night out without it ending in 45 minutes. That hasn't been the case this past year. I don't think they will be getting the best casino in Minnesota award this year."

"After spending so much money with them and getting disrespectful and getting humiliated by the hotel front desk clerk about a month ago I just don't feel the same when I walk in there I haven't seen her since I hope she is been fired I have never been so disrespected by anyone in my life she had my significant other in tears and she had me very heated and it seemed as if she was getting a joke out of it and there was no humor in her wasting our time again and I don't think the casino would think there's any humor now that we spend at least $2,000 less there every month since this incident happened and go there maybe one time a month instead of two times a week but because of this I was able to find a wonderful casino in prior lake called mystic lake great customer service they know how to take care of their repeated customers that aren't afraid to spend a few dollars and put money in towards the casino on a regular basis"
