"I have ordered a "quick lunch" more than once from JJ and it has been anything but Freaky Fast. Today I ordered 45 minutes ago and the app says it went out for delivery 20 minutes ago, but still no sign of my food. I tried calling the store but the line was busy. Other timeswe have called and just told them to forget the order since our lunch breaks are long over."
"Food was on par for a typical Jimmy John’s. It was early for lunch and not overly busy and yet all the tables were dirty. Food came out fast by any other restaurant standards but at some of these Jimmy John’s they’re done with my sandwich before I can even finish filling up my drink, they did not hit that mark. Would have been a 4 star if I could have found 1 clean table."
