"Considering how many people working there should have been a bit cleaner. Food was okay, but not very hot which tells me burgers were made too far in advance and sitting. Saw them mess up multiple orders while waiting for food."

"Every time we go to the large dairy Queen in Marshall Minnesota the service is horrible. We give it a shot at least once a month only to be let down every time. Four of us ordered blizzards and all four of them had all the toppings on top and nothing the last three quarters of the way down. Whatever happened to training your staff?"

"My hot cocoa Oreo blizzard had fudge chunks, thin mint cookies and some Oreo, fries looked sad like they had been sitting from supper rush. Horrendously disappointed, I don't remember the last time this DQ got my blizzard right either, super frustrating doing any business here. Changed to a 1 star, messed up my blizzard again, and the response I got on the review was equally as bad as the service. Horrible experience all around, avoid this place if possible, very disappointed."
