"Best cheese in the United States. I'm from Michigan and been through Wisconsin so that means alot. Their cattle are a gorgeous mix of Jersey, Brown Swiss and Holstein. Her wonderful technique learned from Vermont shines true. The whole family is wonderful. They even age cheese in caves by Lake Superior. Beautiful tasting area too. I will be ordering for my birthday soon!"

"What a gem! Every year we bring guests out to Redhead for their amazing cheeses (and OMG their pan-fried fresh cheese curds). If you are within 90 miles, you need to visit this place. Stock up on some goodies and have a nice snack while you are there. Love it!"
