"I generally don't go back to a food place to return food, let alone complain about food I get through a review, but the manager that I spoke to, Michelle, told me when I brought the chicken I had ordered into the establishment that it tasted fine. There's no way that a family of 5, 3 being kids, all saying the same thing that the chicken tasted funny. To me and my partner, the chicken tasted like chemicals like as if they didn't let the deep fryer rinse thoroughly before letting it fill back up if at all letting it filter. I, for one, will not be going to go back and support a business that lacks customer service through their own management."

"Ordered chicken pack with 2lt of pop. Deliver driver drops the bag on the steps. Doesn't say sorry but said it should be alright. Forgets the pop and there was only one breast and all the rest dark meat. Then it takes 40 minutes to get the pop SERVICE SUCKED"

"Was a bit skeptical due to the reviews but wasn't disappointed. They had plenty of food and it was fresh. We went at around 7:00 p.m. and the place only had a few people eating there but that was a plus for us. I'll be back again."

"Spencer Pizza Ranch is awful. We were at 5:45pm. Paid over $70 for my family to eat. No stocking the buffet at all. When asked we were told they are working on to go orders. Lots of people were upset. Added some pictures. Emmetsburg Pizza Ranch is the best I've been to around here."

"Zero, I brought my kids in for lunch at about 1 and the entire time we where here there no attempts to refill the buffet with one fresh pizza. I understand you close at 2. However, if you have a customer who paid for the buffet at least one fresh pizza would have been nice."
