"There is good customer service, great customer service, and going above and beyond. My family’s experience was the ladder of the three. After spends many hours in the car moving across 3 states, we walked in to the restaurant around 4:15pm. We were the only customers, and see only the salad bar was stocked. We were nicely greeted by a young man. We asked what time the buffet started and was told 5pm, but a kind woman (sorry you left before I could get your name) promptly told us they would start the buffet for us. She asked what pizzas we like, started fresh coffee for us, even brought my family out a plate of waffle fries! We were blown away by this great gesture and wonderful service of this Pizza Ranch! The food was great too boot. On a side note the reason we were traveling is due to our family is opening a restaurant in Iowa, I could only hope we get a chance to employ people with this sense of great customer service. Thank you again for making our family dinner a great one."
