"It was very disappointing to hear that the owner refused to cooperate with Max, the front office manager at the Hyatt Regency Cleveland at the Arcade when he was calling to determine the issues with the phone. Max also wanted to speak to a manager but the owner was insistent that she is also the manager and supervisor. Sorry but there is no way she can be the owner, manager, and supervisor all at the same time; nobody has that kind of time or capabilities. She absolutely refused to explain to Max what was going on for some reason, as though she had something to hide. Otherwise I have nothing but good things to say about this place."
