"I've used these guys a couple of times now for my BMW's. They've been great, quick to respond to my emails or chat via Facebook. They either have the parts or can get them very fast. Being that their brick and mortar store is close to me is great too. If I have issues with parts I would much rather deal with somebody I can quickly get it resolved with. Online is great, but when it comes to returns I hate dealing with it, but being able to just drive back over is perfect. Somebody else mentioned the location being a little hard to find. That's true, the building you can find but since their entrance is on the back of the building and down the stairs makes it a little tricky the first time.
