"So my sister and I went in there earlier the sub artist who made my sandwich did a magnificent job he did what we asked for and beyond. We were very pleased by his great customer service. The reason why this review is getting one star is because we get home and we basically start eating our sandwich and it comes to the conclusion that there was hair in our food. My sister literally takes a bite, and she takes it immediately right out of her mouth and she was like eww. So we kindly go back to the subway and we politely tell the store manager she was very passive aggressive. she saw the hair in our food you can clearly see it and she said that it happens all the time and that she can remake it. When she said it happened all the time I was thinking why would I have my sandwich made if it happens all the time why eat more nasty hair. My question to her is if she knows that it happens all the time ? What is she doing to prevent this from happening again? And why is she not doing anything about it if she knows that it's happening. When I asked her, why is there even hair in our food she said well ask your mom how disrespectful of a manager. What gives this unprofessional subway manager the right to bring someone into an issue that has nothing to do with why our sandwich was so vulgar and contaminated. She has no respect for subway customers."
