"The prices get higher and higher, while the portion size gets smaller and smaller. I paid $10 for this item, which in the past had come on a nice large slice of bread nearly twice the size of this 4" x 2" piece I got today. To make it worse, once I got home and opened it I found a piece of black hair sticky out of the food. Disgusting. Previously I had to send back an item when I watched them reach into the food containers of tomatoes and feta with their bare hands to make my item. You should be using utensils to scoop these items if you decide not to wear gloves. A beautiful coffee shop on the inside but I can't justify going back here again. Be wary of the food you eat from this establishment."

"This is one of the cutest coffee shops I have ever seen! The atmosphere is amazing and I love all the wood accents. Our favorite part of the interior was the variety of seating options. The food and drinks were amazing too! The croissant on the breakfast sandwich was sooo flaky and sooo good! Would highly recommend!!"

"Enjoyed a nice lunch for the first time here. Took my Mom out to lunch and she recommended this establishment. It was great. One of our benchmarks is how hot the soup comes out, it was hot and tasty. We enjoyed the CranAlmond Chicken salad sandwich. The clerk that waited on us, was nice and patient for newbies to look at the menu!"

"Adorable place, has a very pleasant aesthetic. The swing chairs are a nice touch and it is nicely decorated. The teas are amazing, but the lattes are comparable to something you would get from Caribou or Starbucks. The cortado is amazing and would definitely recommend! Pastries are a comparable to something from Caribou, but the buffalo chicken flatbread, and most of the rest of the menu is amazing! The salads are a little expensive for what you get, but it is filling and delicious. Watertown will definitely benefit having Backroads in town!"
