"I stopped in to buy some Permatex blue threadlocker for a part I just bought at Kibble Equipment next door. They had three options available. I chose the least expensive option that was $6.99 on the shelf. I was charged $7.49 plus tax. I brought it to their attention they needed to change the price taI was told those prices were supposed to update automatically. I’m not sure how price tags could ever uptake automatically, I’m pretty sure they would physically have to change them. They did offer to reimburse me for the difference. I would have rather they come out from behind the counter, verify what I brought to their attention, apologize for the pricing mistake, fix the price on the item and reimburse me for the difference. I will be very careful buying here if I need to again."
