"Was very disappointed, I was in an emergency was traveling and far from home called and asked for help with a tire leaking fast, had hole not holding air. I stopped at gas station off 94 and was trying to get some air in the tire. Told me they are full n have no openings. I said again it’s an emergency and the lady basically was like better luck else where. I was flabbergasted that no cares were given with a temp of 1 degree outside. It was a Friday at 1pm. Total working hours."

"Not only was I overcharged and paid WAY more than I should have, but I was also lied to. And when I asked questions I was just talked over and told I was wrong. I had other issues I wanted taken care of and they were not resolved. Another shop looked at my car and told me that the problem they claimed to fix wasn’t even the issue at all. And they were always rude whenever I called in to ask about a timeline or any questions. They get too overworked and take it out on their customers. And charge way more than they should be for any work. I’ve heard awful things from others who have gone there as well. Or shops that had to correct their work and heard horror stories from their clientele. At the end of the day, you can’t talk to customers that way and you shouldn’t be trying to make up issues to make more money either"

"Terrible experience. Did NOT fix my vehicle - did further damage. Clearwater Tire and Auto swears splicing a power steering hose is an acceptable repair practice. Sucks when you lose all power steering while driving. My wife or daughter will not drive the vehicle now because it is not reliable since Clearwater Tire and Auto got their hands on it. See photo attachments..**Update** I have added the photos of one of the "new" stabilizer links that was installed by Clearwater Tire and Auto 5,217 miles ago at a cost of $176. Clearwater Tire and Auto Claims this is a new part from NAPA Auto and they will show signs of rapid deterioration - they do not last las long as the OEM parts. It is odd how the rust patterns on the rest of the underside of my vehicle match the "NAPA" parts. I replaced my struts over the weekend and the gasket is disintegrated on the "new" stabilizer link. I will post those pictures shortly."
