At the store, I mentioned my air problem, and the nice man at the desk asked if he could look at my car. He came out of the store and literally looked at my car! He showed me the actual part that was causing the problem and explained why it was creating noise. I got the right part ordered (which was later confirmed by my friend who is fixing my car.) I have heard great things about the owner and this business. Now I have first hand experience."

"This customer was not willing to work with us as he was told we do not have a shop to do repair. And if he would come to the store we would be more then happy to isolate each battery to test them, as all tied and they equalize to the strength of the weakest one. we have a great battery product sell 100's of this commercial battery each year. "The batteries I bought that you gave me such a hard time to replace in my Tractor. Guess what? Found one of them will not charge. In the mean time I bought 4 Interstate batteries. Ya it's easy to pull 4 batteries out of a tractor then how do I get them there while you check them. It was easy for you to sell them and bring them to me. Never again in my life time will I buy CARQUEST brand name. I hope sincerely you go out of business."
