"I have never had such a horrible meal in my life. The food was Luke warm when it finally got to our table. The flavor was disgusting and I couldn't even eat it.....it looked like a cat had puked on my plate. I won't be back. The waitress never checked to see how we were doing. I regret having to pay for the meal."
"It took us over 1 hour to get our food after we ordered and the food showed up cold. Overall quality of the food was average at best. They seemed very understaffed and it was very cold in the large room we were in. We were there for over 2 hours and we had children ranging from 7to 10 yrs old. They add automatic gratuity on the bill and after eating there I think I know why."
"Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant in my 68 years. Excessive wait times for both taking our order and serving it. Food was mediocre at best. Go figure after a 2 1/2 hour wait. The manager apologized but was unwilling to negotiate the automatic 15% gratuity charge. He apparently knew it would be the last dollar he ever got from me."
"Service was incredibly slow from getting seated to ordering, receiving food and attempting to pay. Avoid this spot if you don't want to sit around all night. Food was mediocre at best. Salads were old bagged lettuce. Ranch fries would have been better if they arrived before getting cold and soggy. Staff seemed rude and disgruntled. We stood at the entrance for more than five minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there despite many staff members being around and socializing. We watched several other parties get seated at tables that hadn't even been cleared or cleaned."
