"Bought a used car. They failed to make sure all systems were functioning and let us drive off with no "run through" on the operation of the vehicle. They did step up and correct the issue, but not before the car had to be returned twice to their shop. Ended up costing us vacation time from work and frustration. The speed sensors still need to be recalibrated. Hope they correct these deficiencies. Update: Tom S. was accommodating and actually followed thru with what was promised. Thanks Tom."
