"Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in Sioux Falls. Driver forgot my dips tried to let him know and he rudely says they're in the bag. Called the store to explain my experience and barely got a mumbled apology. Never ordering from this store again"

"As I showed up I heard employee's shouting at eachother. At the counter I tipped 30% which I thought was generous. I waited for 15 mins in the lobby. Should have checked food before going home. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. And stuffed breadsticks. The pizza was so uncooked it was inedible even while drunk. All I could gobble down was the stuffed bread with marinara. No napkins, plates. Employee acted surprised when I tipped. I see why."

"It was New Year's Eve and they were so busy they still were pleasant and tried not to act stressed out but I remember how hard that is so I had a great experience on Nye thank you I know you were swamped"

"The only reason for 3 stars is because when I ordered online my pizza was done fairly quickly. I ordered a medium sausage and beef pizza with extra sauce. There was definitely not extra sauce on my pizza in fact they put less sauce on it on purpose. My pizza was really dry due to the little amount of sauce they put on it. My beef on the pizza tasted like cleaning chemicals. The sausage was undercooked. My wife ordered a medium beef and jalapeño pizza and they were so skimpy on the toppings. Oh and they charge for Parmesan cheese they do not give it out free like other pizza places. I do not think I will be returning to this location."
