"I ordered food and my bf picked it up he did not look at the receipt we were shorted 1 pizza and the other 3 pizza’s were wrong. I called the store asked to talk to the manager he told me to stop yelling at him and I was not even raising my voice he told me I was gas lighting him he told me he hoped I would get what the universe has coming for me and hung up on me, so not only did he not do anything about my order being messed up but he being so unprofessional also hung up on me.. they need better customer service"
"If I could give a lower rating I would employer fillimina or what ever her name is and manager Stephen very rude. I was told she was new or “in training” which if she is then this is not her fault but she gave me the wrong information when I was calling to bring a pizza back to the store that was made incorrectly. Stephen got upset because I said “maybe she shouldn’t be answering the phones if she still needs training” not meaning it in a bad way just as an fyi because she was giving me the wrong information and he completely blow up and started screaming at me. Again I was simply calling because my pizza was made wrong I offered to pay for a new pizza. Fllimina told me I could not place a order at this time I was confused and wanted to know why so I asked to talk to Stephen was told that they were busy and she hung up on me so I called back he answered and everything was down hill. They told me they had no clue what the number to corporate was and that Stephen was the gm. (Yikes) again simply just wanted my correct ordered I even offered to return the pizza and pay for the new one and was treated very poorly. I won’t be returning. He even told me he has my address and phone number don’t call back to the store which I found very inappropriate because it felt more like a threat then anything. 0/10 highly don’t recommend. Again I won’t be going back to dominos if this is how there employees act."
"I ordered the 19.99 combo for 2 medium pizzas and cinnamon twists and bread twists. I payed extra for an extra frosting and left a good tip. Instead of frosting I got habanero sauce… I called and told them what happened and they said they’d send the driver with the frosting. The driver never came. Pair that with the sub-par not a pizza that came out of this joint and it’s easy to see that the 19.99 deal is not worth it."
"We had a carry out order and I ended up waiting another 45 minutes for my order to be completed. Something had happened with the pizzas in the oven that caused a massive delay -- these things happen so we just rolled with it. We felt bad, everyone seemed stress and they were just trying to catch up. The woman working at the front cashier station took everything in stride and was super friendly and upbeat, even though there were quite a few upset customers. Another one of the drivers/expos was also extremely friendly and both apologized repeatedly for our delayed order. They made our wait a lot more enjoyable and this is what keeps the rating from being a 1 star. We were told our order was being remade in the last 15 or so minutes of our wait, but when we got the food home it was already pretty cold and not fresh at all. So I am not sure that it actually was freshly brought to us -- I don't think they lied, it was just super chaotic in there and probably hard to keep track of everything. It was just disappointing to wait for so long to have stale, semi-cold pizza. However, I'd say the biggest disappointment was the failure to provide any sort of compensation for the large delay/customer service. A coupon, gift card, or comp the meal or add on a free something. Something to make me feel like a valued customer and that they care to have us back again."
