"Called Shanon's Engineering after perusing their website. After giving my name I asked to whom I was speaking (pretty standard practice). He replied "what can I do for you ?". I tried again, "My name is Chris, who am I speaking to ?". He replied in an irritated tone "What do you want ?". I hung up. I own a business and deal with the public in person and on the phone all day long. I would fire an employee for talking to my customers like that. Follow up : Apology accepted. We all have off days.
