"Love BK!! You can count on their ice cream machine to work. Had the ice cream cone and mozzarella sticks and it was amazing. Also wonderful costumer service!"

"Ok I'd give 0 stars if I really could. So they have the chicken wraps back right, we stop in around 3:30 pm. ( Mind you they only had 3 cars in drive thru and 6 people in lobby)(they werent that busy) Now keep in mind Burger king slogan is, have it your way right? So I get when there's a lot of specialized wraps it can get chaotic. But that is no right for the Manager Kim to be yelling out loud and being very rude "I don't know why people can't just order the wraps the way they come. The only reason why they modify it is to make us work harder than what we need to." On top of rude facial gestures (eye rolls, side eyes, and death glares) to the customers. I DONT recommend this Burger king unless you like rude staff, way over cooked food, and soggy fries/onion rings. This Bk used to be a great place to grab a bite to eat, but not if you get treated like this almost every time."

"I'm usually not a big BK fan, but the Bacon Cheese Whopper meal I had today at the Park Rapids location was pretty darn delicious. Add to that a raspberry ginger ale from the super fancy Coke machine in the lobby and I am one happy dude. Fries were hot and the Whopper came out as ordered without nasty tomatoes. I'd come back."

"Lunchtime drive thru lines where long. Felt like they where understaffed for a lunch rush. Sat at the drive through for longer than expected even with it being lunchtime before they even asked us what we wanted to order. Guy at the window was pleasant and helpful. Seemed like he was doing his best. Just felt like the location was not prepared for lunch time rush. Always have to double check we got everything. Drive through middle screen has been busted for a long time and damage to the left screen for the left side drive thru."

"Signs are broken, we placed an online order and they're way understaffed. Took way too long to get our food. And double check your order because it's a hit or miss with them being busy and getting your food together."
