"My husband took my van in for a low tire and they were able to work us in quickly and efficiently. My littles went along and when they came to pick mom up the sheer joy of their experience was enough to say I HIGHLY recommend Manley! They even got to learn how to use a pressure gauge so now my tires will be checked regularly!"
"This place has exceptional service! Had tire problems on a trip from Wyoming to Wisconsin had happened to only be a few miles from here. They were able to get us back on the road in about 20 minutes. Very helpful!!"
"All the guys at Manley are great! We blew a tire on the highway and inched 4 miles down the shoulder to get to Manley Tire Service. We arrived 20 minutes before closing and they had our rig fixed within minutes. I’d recommend this great place to anyone!! Thank you for being the silver lining in this roadtrip story!"
"The prices here can’t be beat. Everyone is friendly and making an appointment is definitely worth it, was in and out in just a tick over an hour. I had new tires out on an older vehicle about 5 years back and things have changed, which is fine… The main change is how they start your vehicle. Most places I’ve had tires put on have me park, give my keys and wait. Now, at Manley, you are directed to drive to a door then wait to be fixed to drive your car onto a lift. The gentleman that directed me was fine, but I know this would have made my wife nervous. When the tires were done I was walked to my car and was asked to drive my car out. I’m sure it’s about liability, but this may impact some more than others when deciding. Lastly when my time was nearing an end the gentleman who directed me back and helped me park told me my TPMS valve was bad and needed to be replaced because it wouldn’t reset. When you park your car for service on the lift they ask you a few questions about whether or not a tire low light is on, check engine light etc. it was odd to me that the light was on and when they told me it was out I said just that. Again, if this was my wife she would have just said okay and had it changed. A salesman ended up coming to me and explaining what was going on, again I said it was a newer car and the problems they were reporting didn’t make sense. They agreed to take the tire off and look, if it was something they broke they’d fix it and if it was just a bad sensor I’d pay (which is 100% fair). A little later they came and said it was their mistake and they’d replace for free. I was happy with the outcome but again I am confident it would have been different with my wife there. All said I’d go back again and will continue to Recommend."
"Had great experience over the years until recently. Went online like normal to schedule tire purchase and install a few weeks from date. Received call next business day to confirm everything. Received another call on Friday to confirm again for appointment on the following Monday and was told to go ahead and come right away in the morning instead of the 10 o'clock initial appointment time. Get there by 8 am to only have everyone confused on why I'm there. 1 hour goes by to now have the guy tell me he forgot to order my tires. To make things supposedly right they offered similar tires they had on hand and would give me free warranty.... yeah whoopty do! Now comes the delay of waiting and waiting and waiting some more to finally have my truck go in at 10 o'clock like the scheduled appointment. All in all no apologies from anyone on a $1050 sale from a customer an hour away to waste 4 hours of their day. Manley Tire is a small business with big sales and sad to have an experience like I had."
