"After locating through downtown. I finally arrived at Advance Auto Parts. I just felt uncomfortable the whole time I was in there. It wasn't even the customers or the staff that bothered me. The staff were very helpful. But the building itself was sketchy for a lack of a better term. So overall, I would recommend maybe choosing another location for a better experience."

"This location is my favorite always had terrible customer service at the other locations in Sioux Falls but S Minnesota is the best, Donald and the Klara there were so helpful, they went above and beyond for me to help me out. They are so genuine and compassionate people there and I really appreciate all they have done to help me with my vehicle. As a single mom it was a lot of stress and overwhelming to deal with my car breaking down but they were absolutely amazing with helping me figure out what was wrong and what I needed to do to fix it and where to go"
