"Scammers Had car issues and thought it was battery issue. So I went and bought one from here. The lady cashier told me that if it was not installed I could return it for a refund. Well battery was not the issue and I never remove the caps on the terminals. I go today two or three days later from purchase to return the battery. I ask for a refund because I did not need the battery and told the older cashier. The older cashier said it has been installed and use a knife to pop a cap of the negative terminal. I denied and told him that I never use the battery. He then point on the receipt I had from purchase that no electrical items can be returned. I told him that one of his cashiers had told me that I can return the battery if I never installed it. After a bit he told me he doesn't have enough for a refund in money so he has to write out a check for the refund. So after this I rather drive an extra 10 or so miles to O'Reillys always had the best experience with them."
