"Teething issues immediately upon the first week of opening. Looked like plenty of staff working but a lack of work ethic and promptness. There is a language barrier there currently as I asked about a certain hot sauce and they assumed I wanted it so they put it on my burrito without me finishing my question about it."
"Waited for close to an hour. Never even got our food. Do not order online. Manager is incompetent, making orders for people coming inside before online orders. Came inside after waiting for 30 mins. Manager standing around doing nothing. Thanks for ruining our evening."
"I'd like to start by saying I understand today is the first day of operation (I believe). Forced to place a digital order as that is the only way to order a quesadilla. My order was to be picked up inside (online order). Had to ask employees twice for my food. Took over 20 minutes to get my (now cold) food from the original time it was supposed to be done. Get home only to find I am missing parts of my order...such as my queso, and the beef barbacoa inside of my burrito was also absent. Very disappointed and will not be returning. Editing to add: my daughter also has no meat in her burrito bowl"
