"I brought my wife to eat here a few days ago. The first thing that deserves to be mentioned here is that the food was absolutely incredible! Every single bit of it. The restaurant was very busy which is always a good sign. Food was quick for the volume of people ordering food, and service was extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone was gloved in blue. I don't have issue with the gloves, but that no one, the whole time I was there, changed them between tasks. Before I ordered, a girl came out from behind the counter and gave another girl a huge hug, then went back behind the counter to take her order (before taking ours....) then another girl came up, and I assume offered to pay for the girl ordering and ran into the back to grab her cell phone, came back, and tried tapping her phone on the reader, grabbed the reader and tried again to get it, successfully this time, then she went to another til and asked how she could help us, and did help us, very nicely, but no one changed gloves. From touching money, to touching food, to wiping and clearing tables, to refilling the ice machine, but no one changed gloves. I thought it was strange, and pointless, but I can't wait to come back and eat again. Amazing staff, amazing food, and amazing service."

"Rude employees.. brought me out a completely melted concrete mixer filled over the lid covered in ice cream and chocolate on the outside of the cup, no napkins in the bag.. how hard is that to remember? Burger and fries both upside down and spilled into the bag as well."

"Honestly super mid in most regards save for the service and the interior design, both of which were good. The food was "passable" and probably could've been done with more care. I asked for onions on my hamburger and they gave me two tiny onions. Fries were ok."

"For a pretty large chain this place does really well! Menu, while complicated, was easy to read & order which took only a matter of minutes. Affordable prices and really good food. Best part is the ambiance in the dining room. Super chill vibe, quiet and relaxing."
