Dee's Bar & Grill,

"Great small town bar & grill. Clean, warm, friendly, good value for the prices. Good sized place. Lots of room for patrons, needs a bigger kitchen. Also needs more staff, which is not Dee's fault, just not enough workers. Salad bar on Saturday night was small and not refilled very well. Again, not enough staff. The staff was busy as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs, had to ask for drinks a couple of times, The food isn't fancy but it is solid bar food. No complaints on it, just don't expect it to be something it's not. The Moscato my daughter ordered had been opened quite some time before her glass was poured. Perhaps having splits would be a better option when it comes to sparkling wines. Dee herself greeted my father in law by name when we came in and made us feel very welcome and appreciated. You know that feeling like everyone is trying to figure out who you are when you go to a small town bar and they don't recogonize you? Didn't get that feeling there, I certainly have in other small town bars.They were also doing a whole lot of to go orders as well which speaks volumes for the quality and value I think."

"This is an awesome bar and grill that serves up home cooked meals in a place, well it does look like a bar but it's a bar and grill. There's a dining area in back that's not a bar. There are nice clean homey public restrooms. But don't just stop to get a beer and use the bathroom. Most likely Dee on her grill cooking up hamburgers and steaks. There's also a breakfast menu. I tried the taco omelette and the taco meat delicious the beef here all REAL. There are appetizers too my favorite are the deep fried mushrooms. I've never been disappointed going here it's just plain good food and many choices for potato sides too. This is good American food done right. There's a salad bar too and daily specials. Friendly small town place with great food."

"Steak sandwich was delicious, wife's burger was huge, and my daughter loved the hot ham and cheese. Waitress was super friendly and the place was very clean!"

"This is a great place to eat....great food at great prices! Nice selection of beer, wine and spirits too. Love the big wooden bar! Whether you're on your own or with the family, all are welcome. Any visit to Lidgerwood must include a trip to Dee's!!!"
