McDonald's 2085 College Way, Fergus Falls, MN 56537

"There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I called out to someone who came into the bathroom and they didn't respond. I went out and there was a McDonalds employee standing there who could have responded and got me toilet paper. So then I tell her there's no toilet paper and she just laughs and goes in the other stall that she was avoiding because it was all poopy. I proceed to go wash my hands and there's no soap! I ask the cashier for soap to wash my hands and she lets her manager know. The manager says she will get some and then goes and stands watching people work and not getting soap. Then another employee comes to bring me the food we ordered in the drive through. I told him my boyfriend was in the car waiting for it and I'm waiting to wash my hands. They keep trying to give it to me and it becomes almost an argument so the manager comes over and says no problem I'll put it in the warmer. Meanwhile my boyfriend is out in the car waiting for the food he ordered. It was a pointless fiasco that I'm hoping to help you avoid by leaving this review."

"For the most part this is one of the better mcdonalds that I have been to. There is only 1 employee there that likes to argue and be snippy but everyone else is so friendly and I've never had a messed up order from her."

"Went here today & ordered with the app in the app parking spot at 4:30 & after going in at 5:00 I got our food at 5:15 inside. I realize places are understaffed & I surely sympathize & support the workers who show up every day & handle the extra workload. Tonight this Macdonald’s appeared to be well staffed & busy but not the busiest I’ve ever seen it. After going in for our order & talking to 3 ladies that didn’t seem real interested in an order I paid for more than a half hour ago, one of them told me it was already brought out. After explaining it wasn’t brought to our vehicle, she walked away & I never saw her again. A couple minutes later I was able to ask a guy about my order & he knew what it was & walked over to a counter warmer area & put our 2 quarter pounders, that’s all we ordered, in a bag & handed it to me & I left. Well now the quarter pounders were cold & the buns hard as a rock & one was smashed. The drive thru was moving right along the whole time by the way. I don’t know who was running that place but they need a refresher in customer service & management. This is a complete lack of management problem. I was involved with Culver’s for several years so I know the fast food business can be rough but this was complete incompetence. There are 3 other cars that waited as long as us & 2 of the drivers went in as well. I’ll be driving to Wahpeton or Alexandria if I want Macdonald’s from now on."

"Waited about 45 minutes. Everyone around got there food. No help. They claimed food came and it didnt. Food was cold and buns hard. Prob one of the worse ones around. Curbside is supposed to be faster. Nothing is fast about it. Store full of workers. Work service and food ive had in my life"
