"Literally just got my order wrong for 11th time. I will not be coming back here. I've order the same chicken sandwich half a dozen times and they don't feel the need to get the order right. Once is fine seven, eight, nine times I vow to never return to this establishment."

"I don't do this but this was not the best experience I've had. We ask the person question behind the counter question and they quotes with a yes about a meal. Come find out that it was not right when ask why they said they don't know. When we were done order the person didn't hand us our slip but slammed it on the counter and walked off. I know that it is busy but there no need to be that rude."
"Went through the drive-thru and the service was good. There was a very long line, it took us around 40 minutes from entering the line to getting our food. Our food was prepared correctly and was hot and fresh. I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's food but it is often quick and convenient. The atmosphere we observed from the drive-thru was adequate. The wait was long but the food was fresh."
