"The food was good but with the new staff still going through training, it wasn't fast. The place was nice and clean but nothing fun to look at. Which isn't a deal breaker for me since I'm there to eat not sight see."

"Please advise your staff to actually ask us if we are ready to order instead of them just sitting there in silence. I patiently waited about 2 minutes or so before asking if anyone was there. The lady behind the speaker replied “iv been waiting for you to order this entire time” with a rude tone.."

"Tonight I waited 28 minutes in the lobby for 2 happy meals! 28 minutes!!! While everyone in the drive-thru got their food right away. No apology, no I'm sorry your food took long, no nothing. I could have gone to a actual restaurant and been served my food before McDonald's got me my food. Screw them, never again."

"Got there at 8:10 the line was not too long in front of me but it took me 15 minutes to get to the order window, then another 5 minutes to get any service. after that another 15 minutes to pay and get food. while i waited i watched 3 workers moping and a manager just standing there watching a worker not helping her at all. when i finally received my food at 8:45 the fries were ice cold part of my order was not completed. over all i understand how it can get busy but this is not the first time ive waited 30 minutes for food. clearly management needs to step up and help out. ive never been so disappointed in a Mc.Donald's before. This makes me consider ever visiting again. i would rather go to the one on the other side of town. Do not go here if you are looking for good hot fast food. it was awful."

"Today was super busy and the service was slacking and the food was just thrown in the container. Time to step up guys and gals at this location when it gets busy or otherwise we may not be coming back."
