"Store could be cleaned better the bathroom could use a good deep cleaning the food is never stalked when I come in coolers could be better stalked and pushed forward staff should be wearing the stores work shirts and off their phones while in the kitchen making food and not washing their hands after doing so every time I walk in the store a worker is on their phone"

"Love your coffee, pastries, and service, frequent Casey's often.Twice on the same trip couldn't find a squeegee to clean my windows, they had them, but all were warped, 250 miles apart so it must be a Corporate bought brand, get a different one."

"I didnt know there was a bad Casey guess I found it. I actually walked out. Lady at counter didn't know much. I asked is the person behind food available. She said "I think he is on break" I asked will he be back soon. She says "I don't know im not allowed to leave store". Normally co workers communicate with each other.. idk I won't be back."

"I had an employee swear at me for asking to put in my rewards number. When I said I planned to report him to cooperate he swore at me again. I went outside to my vehicle to google the number to cooperate and the people behind the register started flicking me off n pointing at me out the window. While on the phone to cooperate some Black guy comes walking over to my vehicle and reaches into my vehicle to try to take the keys out of the ignition. I had to get out the passenger door while hanging up from cooperates to dial 911! He was yelling claiming to work for Casey’s but was not wearing anything that identified as an employee, was in shorts! I seriously fear for everyone’s safety that goes to this store!!"
