"Bought some tires went there to have them installed and balanced at $20 per tire they told me to come at 2:00 which I was there in time my pickup didn't get finished until after 5:00. when they got done my bill was $237 when I asked it showed $80 for install and balance, $72 for lug nuts all where bad, and another $80 because I didn't buy the tires from them."

"From my experience, they’re the best shop in town! I haven’t come across anything they aren’t willing to do and they’re pretty good on cost. Gary and Tony, both mechanics, are very knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with."

"This is the worst tire place I’ve ever been to. Last year got 4 new tires for my truck. They didn’t put bead sealer on and one of the tires kept going flat. I went to a different professional and he noticed the tire not only was used, it had 4 previous plugs done on that tire. They told me they were new tires yet they sold me a used tire with multiple previous repairs done to it, and charged me full price. Not very impressed."

"They went above and beyond to help me! I blew out a tire and was able to put on my donut, but then my donut went flat! I called this place and the owner Kevin answered the phone after hours and agreed to help rescue me… even after hours on a Friday night! He was super happy, helpful and didn’t price gouge me because it was after hours. (That’s happened before) Overall I’d say the place is definitely a mom and pop shop and they will treat you right and be more than fair in their pricing and dealings. Companies like this are fading way because of big corporate conglomerates so I highly recommend keeping it local and supporting Fergus Tire Center. Great people, great service, and great pricing!"
