"I couldn't be happier with my experience at Nelson Auto Center. I worked with Travis Hopkins upon recommendation from my parents, and he was fabulous. My mom, dad, and I have all bought vehicles from Nelson Auto Center with the help of Travis, and I'd recommend him to anyone. I am a college student and this was my first time choosing and investing in a car. There were a lot of things I didn't know, and Travis walked me through everything from prices, to tires, to gas mileage, to handling on snow and ice, to previous care of the vehicles in which I was interested. I was so nervous to even test drive, but Travis made me feel right at home, even pointing out a similar vehicle that he thought would be a good fit for me (and it was!). I ended up being stuck between two vehicles with difficulty choosing, and Travis put in extra time and effort to point out slight differences that ultimately helped me make my decision. Even after purchasing the vehicle, Travis went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. What could've been a stressful endeavor was very comfortable thanks to Travis. "Not sure why they thought they were ready to purchase new locations.. but they're currently failing miserably. Their new site is all but useless.. you can request service & nobody will contact you for a week+ (if at all) -- request a price on a vehicle.. no response at all. At least they're ready with all excuses you can handle~ Ugh"

"I have had an horrible experience since I bought my vehicle from Nelson. When I bought my vehicle it had a chip in the windshield and the sales lady said they would fix the chip. In the mean time the chip started to spread out. When I went back for them to fix it they told me I had to run it under my insurance, they wouldn't fix it anymore because it was to big now. I talked to 3 different people and nobody would help me. I feel like they were taking advantage of a single mom. They only helped me when I had a male go in and talk to someone there. So they replaced the windshield. Now I have a dent in my 2018 vehicle and a 5 inch scratch on the side and on top of the window from an new shop worker putting my window in. The people on the ABBRA side were super nice and helpful."
