"Well, well, well, where do I even begin with this dining disaster at Panera Bread? Let's start with the stellar service, shall we? The pickup counter attendants seemed to be under the impression that fulfilling orders was an optional part of their job description. I mean, how dare you actually expect to receive what you ordered from the kiosk? Now, onto the culinary masterpiece that was the "bowl" of Chicken Noodle soup. Spoiler alert: it was more like a sad excuse for a soup cup. Picture this: you eagerly lift the lid only to discover that your bowl is so pathetically underfilled it makes you question if they ran out of noodles halfway through filling it. And the taste? Oh, brace yourself for the sensation of pulverized chicken bits floating in what can only be described as celery-flavored tap water. But fear not! They graciously included a miniature baguette, a whopping 1-inch marvel, to rescue you from the depths of flavorless despair."

"I get the same thing every time the sausage, egg and cheese on asiago bagel and it’s always bomb.! expect for one time they messed up and gave me ciabatta bread and I didn’t care for it as much. But all and all the food is always great!! They marked the right order but made the wrong one n I door dashed this time so couldn’t take it back."

"The Fargo location is increasingly disappointing!! The place is a complete mess. The tables are all dirty, the dirty dishes are stacked so high there is no place to put any more. My salad came with chicken on it, and I did not order it with chicken. My hot sandwich arrived cold. The place is disgusting, and the prices are extremely high. We definitely will look for a new place to frequent!!"

"Did a pickup for my wife. She doesn't eat meat on Fridays for religious reasons and thus I ordered the tuna sandwich. The receipt shows a tuna sandwich also but the store packed a turkey BLT sandwich. She had a bite of it and it threw her off. Very irresponsible of the store to not check what they prepare and pack. Makes me wonder if this is how they treat a major request how they treat minor customization requests like no cheese if some one is lactose intolerant."
