"I went here to get a hot coffee. My coffee wasn't that hot & I had asked for a full shot of caramel & I didn't taste it at all. My latte wasn't even filled all the way. Normally this is a great place to go but I don't think that the girls who were there today cared. They were nice & pleasant though."
"New people again. I asked for malt powder in my drink, couldn't tast it. As for extra ice, very runny. I as for a bubble straw as there are always large ice chunks left in my drink and a regular straw gets plugged. I was told i could only have one with a bubble drink. I didn't get whip on my drink. Not my favorite place anymore. I will try it one more time."

"This how they made my caramel high rise and gave to me today. Store refused to remake my coffee, they told me that is how it is supposed to be after the whip cream breaks down. I placed a mobile order and picked it up 15 mins later. They did not put in enough milk and instead the cup was appx half whip cream. Poor customer service. Unlikely that I will return to this location."
