"I went to Luther Collision for some minor cosmetic repairs to my truck. I dropped my vehicle off and drove by the next night to see my truck backed up to a main road with my tonneau cover wide open after the business was closed. Worried that my belongings would blow out of my bed or get stolen, I had to come back and empty everything out of my bed. The next day my repairs were done, but nobody notified me, so I had to call and figure it out myself. After picking my truck up, I found out that my tonneau cover had been reinstalled improperly and some bolts were not replaced at all. I had to spend about 90 minutes reinstalling it properly after paying Luther Collision's expensive prices to do it. This was very disappointing after paying almost 10% more than I was quoted for the minor repairs. One of the reasons I rate the business 2 stars instead of 1 is because the employees who I spoke with were respectful and professional."

The exhaust system part was on back order. It took 2 months for that part to come in. Car is completely fixed now. Great service. Friendly people. Would use again for repairs."
