"These guys are quick on changing out tires, and quick on oil changes. Edit: I ran over something and it got stuck in my tire. Called up Northwest and the guy who answered the phone told me to come have it checked out. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes."

"I'd give 10 stars if I could and a BIG shout out to Craig. I had a brake that was making a loud noise and I was about to make my 3 hours drive home. I called my hometown tire guy and based on what I told him he suggested I take it to a NW Tire in the area and have them give a check to be sure it wasn't a wheel bearing. Drove up to the place and talked to Craig. He jumped in my car and off to hoist it up and take a look. He fixed a small piece of tin that was causing the noise, and within 15 minutes I was ready to travel. When I go to pay, he said no charge. He was happy he could help. So thankful for the service.
