"Don't go to the Dilworth Walmart. Had my car in to seal 3 leaking tires. They got most of that done right, and 1 still leaked. They ended up damaging the exhaust. Tech came in and said the guy who jacked it up did it. Walmart will not cover it. Over 3000.00 in damage. I could hear the tech trying to get car off of rack as I was standing at counter paying there was a load bang. Tech looked around like what rlthe he'll was that. Did it 3 more times. He had it out once for a test drive. Second time was when all thus happened."
"Hello drove over 100 miles get tires rotation they changed policy need aponment can't do it with out aponment done with wall mart bying tires for years no more spend more money go to actually a tire shop nothing butt a joke like everything these days"
"I went there to get my tires fixed, and they couldn’t even get the lugnuts off. Found out a day later, when I went to an ACTUAL tire shop that they kept my tires in their shop. They never gave them back, until I threatened to call better business bureau. If you don’t want them to ruin your car or steal from you don’t go to walmart for your car troubles!!!"
"Failed to properly install car battery. Bracket not secured. Took an hour twenty -four minutes from appointment time. Should only take a few minutes to install a new battery. I had to make adjustments to safely secure battery."
