"LePier, aka Marathon, has so much to offer to its customers -- from food (hot & cold) to something you can wash it all down with. Service employee behind the counter seemed quite stressed out when I purchased Minnesota lottery tickets. He was a bit harsh to another sweetheart employee (with whom I was conversing,) and I became embarrassed to witness his treatment of her, so I APOLOGIZED! Crazy. Otherwise, great using Marathon rewards to save gas. And we WILL return. Maybe said employee should try smiling once in awhile. Customers are why we are in business."

"Happened early January 2015: Driving from Chicago to Edmonton AB, I got a flat tire (sidewall destroyed) around 3 PM on a Sunday. My wife and I went in to the LePier gas station and asked the clerk if there was a tire shop opened (not really expecting much on a Sunday afternoon). Instead of informing us that we were SOL until Monday, he made a few calls and got someone to cover his shift at the gas station, opened the tire shop, and changed out our tire. It is unlikely I will ever need a tire in Fosston, MN again but I really appreciate the staff going above and beyond to help me with what would have otherwise been a huge problem. Thanks!"
