"I am so thankful for Dustin!! My van broke down in the Hugo parking lot. I was with a friend that went over to Napa to see if they could help. Dustin went above and beyond my expectations. After monkeying with the battery for a while in the parking lot we decided to tow my vehicle over to Napa from Hugo’s. When we got there he kept trying different things to get my van back to and running. Finally, my battery was under warranty so he changed it out tightened the bolts, gave me advice to put off road bolts since I have many aftermarket lights on the van. After doing that the van started up! The charge was $0!!! I love this small town NAPA and I’m so grateful for the excellent customer service provided! I live about an hour away from Fosston and I was hauling 8 children on a field trip. At first I was super frustrated when my van wouldn’t start, because I had to get the kiddos back to school. The teachers took care of the kids and they were safely transported back to school in other vehicles. After I knew the kiddos had a ride I was at peace because of determination to fix my vehicle and the amazing service from Dustin! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!"
