Update 4/27/22: I've had consistent great service from NW tires. This time with Tim and Isaac. There was a rear clunking noise on low speeds 25-30mph. I thought it was a bad sway bar link, bushing or struts. Apparently, it was a muffler shield below by gas tank that broke. They fixed it for free. I've been to 5 different shops to try out different services and I'm thinking of sticking with NW tires."
