"If you find yourself on I29/81 between Fargo and Grand Forks save your hunger for the Hillsboro Cafe. The atmosphere is relaxing, service is spectacular and the food is outstanding. My husband ordered the Everything Omelette and I had the 1776 Burger and Wisconsin Cheese Soup. For later we purchased Scones from there assortment of baked goods. Don’t forget to check out the wall of items you can purchase which includes the seasoning and sauce used on my burger."

"The Hillsboro Cafe just opened, and I took my wife here for her lunch break. They had an artisan style sandwich and soup special that was very good. I hope as they get their feet under them, their menus expands (It is a little limited at this time). They currently are focusing on breakfast and lunch meals, but plan to include a brunch menus in the future. Atmosphere was very nice, and service was excellent."
