"Paid 30 dollars for overnight delivery. The product was received 5 days after they shipped it and not viable. Customer service was rude. I will never shop with these thieves again."

"First time order for Trichogramma minutum tabs for indoor use. None seemed to hatch. Reordered, gratis, and maybe 10% hatched. Ordered again, gratis, and maybe 10% hatched. During this, I dealt with "customer service" who didn't seem to care that much and didn't use extra ice to keep them cool, as promised. Contacted the owner, no reply. Was told that the manager would call and never did, so I called her and told her that she had horrible quality control and no apparent customer service. She told me that she had excellent quality control, would check the last batch they sent me and call me with results. When she did not call back, I called twice and it went to voice mail each time. I didn't ask for it, but they refunded my purchase. "Quality control," not here. They replied and I change nothing in my statement outside of the fact that they had 3 tries and failed miserably at all of them."

"I have just given up on their fly eliminators. The last 3 bags I received were lifeless. When I reported this to their customer service (?) rep, she couldn't care less, but I expect that you can get pretty hardened after hearing from so many disappointed customers."

"I have purchased beneficial bugs online three times. The prices are very reasonable. All the ladybugs were very well cared for and alive upon delivery. (100% alive, healthy & rearing to go) I kept them in the refrigerator until the evening. Each time I followed the instructions for the release in the evening and the next morning I have found the ladybugs doing their job in the garden. Some ladybugs did stay in the garden and I found their larvaes crawling around in both our front and backyard gardens. They have become permanent residents in our garden as long as there are food for them to feast on. I also have purchased the lacewing egg strips. I have had serious problems with mealy bugs & whiteflies on all of our citrus trees. After placing these strips on our trees, there have been a noticeable control of these pests. Wished I have done this earlier. Very happy with my online order for these benefical bugs."
