"The owner of this joint is quite the ladies man. The name “Splash” im sure originates from his pure jump shot, or if I’m sorely mistaken, more-so his ability to land an approach shot directly on the green then putt for birdie. Just breathtaking. Now you might ask, have you been to the splash pad Joey? No, not yet. But if one things certain that is i know better than to bring my girl there…I guarantee I’d be leaving alone if she meets the studs who live there. Or maybe I’d leave her for them? Too tough to say at this point. Public request: can there be a Splash Pad open house early 2022? Let me know boys"

"Hands down chillest spot this side of the salt river. The owner always calls me by my first name. Sometimes by my middle name. At the splash pad you can always be prepared to be greeted with a hug and a smile. Plus all the tenants are very cute.
