"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Incompetent workers. I bought a charger for my phone. Tried to use it, did not work. Tried to return it 10 minutes later for refund and employee said, come back tomorrow. I don’t know how to give refund. Employee called manager for help, manager spoke to me and said come back tomorrow….Came back next day, another employee, said I don’t know how to give refund, come back after 1pm. Awful customer service and incompetent untrained. I would be embarrassed to be the franchise holder of this location. 711 302 south water street Henderson NV."

"Clerk/Cashier disrespectful towards us as customers! We asked to park to go vote, he stated disrespectfully "NO-ONLY for customers!" We asked "if we purchased something could we park?" AGAIN stated even louder/disrespectfully "NO-ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS!!" We had to drive around the block further away from voting location to find parking when this store was closer to voting location."

"AWFUL. Absolutely awful customer service. Every single time I come into this store i have a problem. They LIE and refuse to give posted sale price. They have specials posted on several things (12 pack of bud light cans and bottles for $8.49 for example) and the evening middle eastern cashier always refuses to honor them. He is very rude. They always over charge. I am calling corporate. The sign says $8.49 and CLEARLY states bottles and cans and he says they don't honor that price. I tried calmly explaining the posted sign with no expiration and no fine print states the word "bottles" but he cut em off and started yelling at me saying I was lying, he can honor whatever price he wants. This has happened with energy drinks, hot food, and candy. Now with the beer. I live around the corner from here and usually go out of my way to avoid this disgusting place. Always out of stock on everything. Always dirty. Always has undesirable people hanging around. Always has homeless people outside. Syringes in the parking lot. The vendors publish these sale prices and expect their products to be sold at these prices. Quit stealing money from people. Crooks."

"Easy access and return. Well lit, pretty good selection of products. Being as I am old, and a divider is emplace, the clerk needs to speak louder. Can't read the clerks lips while she is wearing a mask."
