"Wow this place has me at a loss. They were out of every item we tried to order, even cream cheese. We finally found pretzels that they did have, but then we were stuck waiting forever. When we finally got our pretzels they were SO DOUGHY!! We love Wetzel Pretzels and were so excited to have one here, but after multiple tries and having similar experiences each time, we will definitely not be coming back."

"The cinnamon pretzel is ok. I got the mini dogs. Get the ones from the mall instead. They were odd. The cheese is bitter the drink was something with cherry drP. & idk. But it was mega sweet"

"Salted pretzel bites, cinnamon pretzel bites and hot dog bites were all amazing. Really good food quality. Very fresh. Workers were friendly and did a good job. Looks like owner is very involved and it shows. Would highly recommend for pretzels or drinks!!"

"Driven by so many times but decided to try it out. Didn't know the pretzels didn't come with a cheese to dip in which would have been great to help cover the burnt flavor since a lot of my pretzel bites were severely overcooked and blackened on the bottom. Staff was friendly and my drink was good. Not a bad price for proportions I got but I don't know if I'd be willing to go back."
