"Bathrooms are not clean most of the time and several of my kids continue finding alcoholic bottles lying around."
"I feel like this park needs some TLC. There was sticky stuff on a slide, wood chips all over everything, and tons of sticks/leaves in the wood chips. It has fun features like swings, a fireman pole, and a variety of slides but it was very dirty."

"Terramar park is a pretty nice neighborhood park, but don't go there between 2:15 and 3:15pm, Mon-Fri & also half days (kids are out at 11:35). The parking lot gets jam packed with parents picking up their kids. Boy/Girl restrooms, playground, some shade and windy!!"
"Small park. Not bad for a neighborhood park. Decent shade. Small parking lot. Right next to a school. The parking lot was extremely crowded when children were getting out of school. It was clean, just not very exciting or fun."
