"Quaint little private park, located in the middle of a suburban neighborhood. There's a sign that states it is for residents only, which should deter certain people from hanging out. However, I hear that guests are allowed, as long as they treat it well. People in the surrounding area are friendly. Has a small baseball field, a BBQ grill, and a ramada. It’s OK. Garbage was overflowing, and playground is rusty in places. Doesn’t seem to be the best maintained. The grass looks well maintained, but that's about it."
"Awesome quaint park. Cons- grass in middle to right field has some hazardous pothole spots from sprinklers..but mainly no bathrooms at all."

"There is an enclosed playground are with a soft ground covering. Great for the kids. There is also a nice little spot under some trees in the grass to picnic. They also have a basketball court, ramada covered picnic table and a small baseball field. All in all, great place to visit as it is rarely busy and usually pretty quiet!"
