"Police state, privatization of everything and privately owned "public parks"....I hope no Karens live here..... Seems like a trap and if they don't like you .... Welp one more way " the monopoly of violence aka the police state can shoe horn its way into your life. Better hope Karen doesn't have a blood sugar drop and take her bad hair day out on you. This should be taken off google maps if it is not an actual "public park".... Too ambiguous... What has this country become..traps inside traps, taxation without representation but at least we got a McDonald's pfffft. Simply put covert hostile architecture. As a elder millennial we need a skate park were kids can let off some steam...were they have some feelings of ownership were it is open to all... The solutions are simple especially when it comes to tagging... But what do I know let me eat some avocado toast and dye my hair purple. It is the boomers world and I am just living in it. Feed back loops exponentially crescendoing into self-fulfilling prophecy. Hold on tight what goes up must come down. It is a leadership problem, a managerial class issue and no political party to save us but a cultural value shift with linked arms we say no to corporatist and embrace our mother anarchy and have faith in each other. If people had better things to do they wouldn't be screwing around. The juice ain't worth the squeeze... But I guess this is relative to the place you are positioned in the hierarchy. All is a stage read the "Allegory of the Cave"....in the dog pile only one idiot comes out with the ball. At this point all we can do is work to harm reduction.... we are in it deep. Lost in the sauce trying to lead us on a road to nowhere. Riddle me this: What is a crisis but an issue ignored!?! It is the collection of the little things that lead to the bigger problem. I would consider this one of those little things. Sincerely Captain Buzzkill"
"This park is would be such a wonderful park, if it wasn't such an exclusionary park. It's name suggests that it is a community park but multiple signs in yhe park say it is only for Rocking K neighborhood residents."
"Is this actually a public park? Can residents that live here ask visitors to leave if they don't live in this unfriendly neighborhood? Locked restrooms and pickleball courts..."
"Wonderful community park. A small splash pad to keep the little ones cool while the big ones climb on the big playground."
