"Well taken care of park...plenty of random spots to watch or do whatever...."
"Had a great time hiking with the grandkids through The Crack in the Mountain. Nice easy trails, clearly posted markers. Great for those wanting to stay on a safe well traveled trail. Sights were breathtaking and will return to travel the other trails."
"Lots of great views and easy terrain to black diamond terrain. Even some nice rolling hills if you want to do some mountain biking."
"My family and I hiked through the slot canyon. Since we had a couple of young kids with us, we turned around once we got to the place where a type is needed to help you get down and back up. It's a great hike with great places for kids to climb around and play. The rest of the park seemed nice, too. We briefly stopped at the playground, which was nicely shaded with restrooms right by it."
"Sara’s Crack was a fun hike! It was about 75 degrees during the hike, and if it had been any hotter, we would have been in trouble. There is no shade and it is very desolate and a pretty good change in elevation. The slot canyon was beautiful and interesting and led to a cove of Lake Havasu and balance rock. The full loop was 5 miles. Lots of sand and loose gravel, as you descent a riverbed wash. Bring good shoes and LOTS of water."
