"I rent a jet ski I had the worse experience. Jet was working fine when we go it my husband and I was on it . After we park it to go have lunch After we came back the jet ski wouldn’t go more than 10 miles per hours and we lost 1 hour 15 cause we’re stuck I had to back my phone to call him . He was quick to get to the place mr.Kam check the jet ski and it was clear nothing stuck nothing from our part it the jet motor that isn’t working . After he offended me say that only 2 normal people not like me because I am fat . He has no manner. It doesn’t makes sense how it’s stop working and it was working at first totally fine with my husband and I on it . $250 he charge us yet we only use it for 2 hrs and the process of me getting stuck and the jet ski not working it was 1 hour and 15 minutes and and we turn it in @4:45 and was supposed to turn it in @6 but yet he didn’t decide to give us at least $100 refund cause we didn’t use it since it stuck and not going over 10 mph which it isn’t our problem. Yet he still offended me and said normal people even though the jets ski is for 3 person ."

"Everything went well. The owner is reasonable with his prices. They charge twice as much over on the Laughlin side… Needed more gas & an extra vest. & he came out & filled up my tank free of charge as a favor bc we rented 2 days. Definitely renting from here again."

"This is an awesome family business! The husband and wife took care of us. We booked a jetski over the phone and came in to do the paperwork, and the service was excellent! They dropped me and my wife off at the river with the jetski because we walked there from the river due to no reenter being allowed. The jetski ran perfect the whole day without issues, and the pick-up was on time. Thank you, and see you guys soon!"

"This is a middle eastern family that is running a scam. They will rent the skis for an affordable rate & then will claim damage when you return. If you rent from them - take your own video walk through & lots of pictures. Even that won’t help because they’ll just claim you caused mechanical damage. They tried to take advantage of my family as well as a family of 6 that was there today. I stood firm and did not back down. We got our deposit back. If you choose to do business with them, you’ve been warned. Just read these reviews."
